Most of the Electrical Characteristic, Mechanical size and Construction, Electrical Connection can be tailor-made.
Our engineering team can design various types of film foil capacitors to suit for various applications. Their jobs not only concentrate on the electrical characteristic performance of the capacitors but also mechanical need. Different connections and capacitor installation options can be provided so as to increase your design flexibility. 

Construction and mounting

• Plastic Capacitor enclosure : high insulation resistance, less chance for electric shock when compare with aluminum capacitor case. It is safer, especially for capacitor maintenance and replacement on site.
• Dry construction : doesn't have impregnant liquid leakage problem
• Epoxy Resin and all Plastic materials are self-extinguishing UL94V-0 grade
• Optional : Thermoplastic Plastic Case - so that the capacitor can be operated at  higher temperature range and harsh working environment
• Package : Plastic Box, Cylindrical, Axial Case or Axial lead with flame-retardant tape wrap and epoxy end seals
• Cylindrical Plastic enclosure : with Stud - M8 / without Stud
• Box Plastic Case : Screw mounting hole / without Screw mounting hole

Electrical Characteristic

• can be worked under medium frequency range
• low ESR and ESL
• Capacitance, Voltage, Testing Voltage, ESR, Size, Discharge Current Capacity, Operating Temperature, Operating Lifetime and Electrical Connection can be  designed according customer's application need

Electrical Connection

• different Electrical connections and capacitor Mounting options available, that increase your design flexibility.
• Terminations can be solder tags, single or double quick terminal, Stiff wire, Flexible wire, Twin-core cable and Tin-coated copper lead
• Stiff wire, Flexible wire : UL #1015,105¢J, AWG#16, 18, 20, 22
• Wire and Cable with receptacle, terminal or even power connectors
• Terminal type : Ring, Y or Pin terminal with various size
