Our engineers can design various types of film foil capacitors to suit for various applications. Their jobs not only concentrate on the capacitor electrical characteristic performance but also mechanical need. Most of our Power Film Capacitors can meet high RMS Current, high Voltage and high dv/dt requirement even at 105C.

Capacitor Construction and mounting

• Plastic Capacitor Enclosure : high insulation resistance, less chance for electric shock when compare with traditional aluminum enclosure capacitor. It is safer. This is important  especially for capacitor maintenance and replacement on site.
• Dry construction : doesn't have impregnant liquid leakage problem
• All Epoxy Resin and Plastic materials are self-extinguishing UL94-V0 grade
• Optional : Thermoplastic Plastic Capacitor Enclosure - so that our capacitor can be operated at a higher temperature range and harsh working environment. We can support capacitor temperature up to 105C. For more details, please feel free to contact us.
• For capacitor packaging and configuration, we have many choice suit for customer application.

Capacitor with Thermal Sensor Options

• Thermocouple can be integrated into the capacitor body.
• Output temperature signal can be used as one of the reference signals in the circuit and trigger other function
